A culinary and medicinal herb dryer (3 rack levels) using an old Pyramid biochar kiln and the Steelfinder V2 TLUD burner. The Pyramid inner base has some repurposed 10mm steel plates to increase the thermal radiation from the TLUD. A top lid can be closed for TLUD oven mode or opened for solar mode with a couple of additional solar reflectors. Ideally the kiln and the reflectors would all be made with stainless with a No 8 polished/reflective finish. Then there would be internal light and heat reflection inside the kiln as well as the light and heat from the reflectors.
